As part of providing the service, you send me documents and texts — such as academic articles, research proposals, marketing materials, presentations, websites, brochures, and other content. These materials may include confidential, sensitive, or intellectual-property-protected information (for example, unpublished research findings, business strategy, or proprietary technology).
I treat all such materials as strictly confidential — see Section 6 for full details.

6. Professional Confidentiality
I view the confidentiality of the materials you share with me as an uncompromising professional commitment. I undertake:
- Not to disclose, transfer, or publish the content of any material submitted to me for editing, writing, or translation.
- Not to use such materials for any purpose other than the service requested.
- Not to display excerpts of your materials as work samples or in a portfolio without your explicit written consent.
- To sign a dedicated Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the client’s request, where applicable.
This commitment remains in effect after the engagement ends.
7. Retention of Information and Materials
- Contact details and correspondence are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, manage the business relationship, and comply with applicable legal requirements (including record-keeping, tax, and audit obligations).
- Client materials (texts, articles, documents) are retained for the duration of the project and for a reasonable period afterward, to address questions, revisions, and later rounds of feedback. Beyond that, materials are either deleted or stored securely, in line with your preferences.
- You may request deletion of materials submitted to me at any time, subject to project completion and any record-keeping obligations imposed on me by law.
8. Your Rights
Under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to:
- Access the information about you held in my records.
- Request correction of information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal requirements).
- Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
If you are based in the European Union (under the GDPR) or the United Kingdom (under the UK GDPR), you are entitled to additional rights, including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. 9. Direct Marketing
If you have provided your email address or phone number, I may send you professional content, updates, and information about my services — subject to your consent and in accordance with Section 30A of Israel’s Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982, and applicable international regulations.

The Site may include links to third-party websites, platforms, and services. I have no control over their content or privacy practices, and I encourage you to review the privacy policy of each external site separately.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. I do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided me with information without parental consent, please contact me and I will take steps to delete it.
